It's potty time!

I am very proud to announce that Levi is (mostly) potty trained!!! We spent father's day weekend working with him and he took to it really quickly! This is him with his full potty chart and his toy reward -mater from "cars" and wearing his toy story underwear. He is so excited to be a big boy and loves to tell people that he is all done with diapers (except at bedtime). He has had no accidents in several days and is really good about telling us when he has to go. Jason was a very proud daddy to teach his son how to pee outside on fathers day =) I have to say that I am really relieved to have this done. It will make having another baby a little easier! Way to go LEVI!!!

Southern Colorado!

This was so pretty, it was cloudy and rainy all weekend but when the clouds broke it was beautiful. This is on the way to the black canyon.

The Canyon was breathtaking , we enjoyed it so much. Last time we went to see it, it was winter and snowy and so foggy that we couldn't see a thing, this time was so much better!
I don't know what these flowers are called but we saw them everywhere and I'm a sucker for pretty flowers =)

Denver's Aquarium!

Levi loved the denver aquarium! It was so fun watching him get excited! He absolutly LOVES fish so we're thinking of getting him a small fish tank for his birthday in august. It was a really fun family day, Levi even let a lady paint a shark on his arm =) Now of course every time we get in the van he asks to go see the fishies...

Chucky cheese!

So last month we took Levi to Chucky cheeses for the first time. He had so much fun riding on their cars and watching all the excitement around him. Jason and I had fun too playing skeet ball (I think that's what it's called...) Needless to say we didn't actually eat there (it didn't look very tasty...) but we had a lot of fun anyway.

I had the privilage of taking this adorable family's photos a couple of weeks ago. Aubrey is one year old and just adorable ! I posted a couple of my favorites.

14 weeks

my belly just beginning to show here at 14 weeks. It is growing a little more every day, I am now at 16.5 weeks but will wait a few more weeks to take another picture. Levi asks me what the baby's doing all the time, it's really cute. He likes to give my belly kisses too =) He'll be a great big brother!

Hilton Update...

Well lets see..
The month of April was interesting! We didn't have very much work but were still somehow really busy.Jason built my parents a green house while Levi and I hung out with my parents (when they managed to be home..). I had my first photo shoot of a senior which was so much fun! I got to visit with an old high school friend in Castle Rock and watched our two 2 year old boys play =) Levi and I had a great time visiting with Arissa and Nehemiah while staying at my parents house! Thanks arissa for the fun time !
We celebrated my sisters birthday with yummy german food and an amazing cake which Jason is still talking about, thanks Nita!
Levi is amazing but pushing his boundries almost every day...somedays I handle it better than others. Potty training is making zero progress at this point, don't ask!
Jason started subing for a new contractor and really enjoying it but working long days. He also got to go on an amazing ski trip with some guys in town and had a blast! They skiid a 14ner but I can't remember what it's called.
Well that's all the small news....the big news is.....WE ARE PREGNANT! Yes it's true. We are 12 weeks pregnat. We were waiting to share the news seeing as we had the misscarriage at 11 weeks last summer. We couldn't be happier. The baby (which be both think is a girl =) ) is due on November 19th. This pregnancy has been pretty hard on me though with a lot of morning or actually all day sickness. We are encouraged that it is a lot more like how I felt with Levi than with the last one. We are going to hear the heartbeat this week =)
We really appreciate your prayers and I am still a little nervous about having another miscarriage. Levi is excited and wants a sister, we'll see...
Ok that's all I guess. Love you all and sorry I've been so bad about staying in touch. I hope to have more energy soon and less of the nausea...

Levi loved eating his hard boiled easter eggs! Now whenever we go to my parents house he walks outside and asks "where's the eggs?" It was a really nice time with my parents and siblings. A beatiful day to celebrate our risen Lord!
