Merry Christmas!!

Levi loves his thomas train set. We gave it to him a little early so we didn't have to haul it to my parents and back =)

But I think his favorite toy this year was from my parents and my brother. Cars and a road carpet =) All day now he say's "daddy play cars? Mommy play cars?" He LOVES it.

Spencer and Becky made it home for christmas which was so special. It was wonderful having the whole family together again.

Opening gifts was a lot more fun this year. Levi really got into it and the whole family enjoyed watching him!

Levi adores my parents dog, Maverick. Maverick is a good sport too with levi constantly in his face. They gave eachother "kisses" too.

Becky and Spencer just celebrated their first anniversary. It was so nice to have them home for the holidays

Me and my mom. We have a lot of fun together. My brother, mom and I played a fun "catch the hat" game on friday and my brother won every time! I'll get you next time jon!

Over all it was a very relaxing and fun christmas. I am so thankful for my family and our love for eachother. Happy Birthday Jesus!

The real Hilton family portraits =)

We took our own family pictures this year instead of going to a studio. I did get a couple of nice ones, the ones I put on our christmas card but here are a few of our many attempts of a family picture. My hair got stuck in the tree as I had to get up to set the camera a few times, Jason was tickeling Levi who went nuts and finally my favorite, Jason and I trying to kiss and Levi trying to escape!

Bake Sale!

We held a bake sale at church this weekend to help a good friend of ours. As you can see Levi enjoyed "helping" me with the sugar cookies.

I was very proud of myself because I've never baked that much in one day and be on a diet at the same time =). I made rice krispy treats, 2 pans of brownies, a strawberry pie, 2 apple pies, 2 peach pies, peanutbutter cookies, banana nut bread, pumpkin bread, blueberry muffins and a loaf of white bread! My kitchen has still not fully recovered as the dishes are piled up and the floor needs sweeping...

So many people participated I think we raised quite a bit of money.

Time to build a gingerbread house !

We had a lot of fun decorating the gingerbread house together! Towards the end levi was eating more of the candy than putting it on the house though... Now it is proudly displayed on our bar and Levi loves to sit in front of it and stare.

North Carolina

We had a wonderful trip to North Carolina to visit Jason's family. Levi was spoiled by all the attention =) He did really well in the car too which was pretty amazing seeing as it was a 30 hour drive !

we went for a nice hike on our last day there with jason's dad and stepmom. It was a beautiful day and we had a great time together.

Jason's step brother John and his wife Charran and baby caleb. We got to spend one evening with them which was really special.

Levi was facinated with their salt water fish tank, they had a nemo!

A trip to the zoo with jasons dad, stepmom, stepsister and her girls. The kids loved the animals and playing together! IT was a really great day!

Levi adores his uncle Tim! It was really fun watching them play together.

Granbeth took us to a really cool library in charlotte where Levi got to play with all sorts of stuff, but his favorite was this wooden fire engine! You can hardly even see him in there but as you can tell jason had as much fun as Levi =)
