Levi helping daddy

Jason was really excited to have Levi help him move the scaps of wood. It was funny to watch, he gets distracted so easily =) It's a short clip but we must have been out there picking up wood for a good 15-20 minutes, always reminding levi to carry it all the way to the pile. He loves to help and it's fun to encourage it.

My fabulous mothers day!

Jason let me sleep in and then woke me up by bringing me coffee in bed followed by levi carrying the creamer! It was so cute! He also wrote on one of levi's shirts "happy mothers day" since levi couldn't make me a card he said. We relaxed all day and then went out to jonny corrinos for dinner, my favorite! I felt truly loved as a mommy.

Yes it's true...

We are super excited about another baby! Levi will be a great big brother seeing how much he loves other kids and is so affectionate. I'm feeling Ok for now. Tired and queasy but not bad. We covet your prayers for a healthy baby and a smooth delivery.

out and about

Levi's all time favorite thing to do is play outside. All day long he brings me his shoes and says "outside? " It is so much fun watching him play with our golden retreiver and playinging in the dirt. He loves rocks and always carries one or two around with him when he's out. I'm learing that the consequences of playing outside all the time means a lot more laundry and baths! I'm not sure how but he gets filthy even if we are only out for a few minutes. Oh well, it's all part of being a boy right? We just planted grass seed a few weeks ago and are enjoying watching it come up. Hopefully it will grow alright despite the fact that our dog is rolling on it and digging holes to lie in...

battle of the wills

This was one evening when we refused to give levi his milk until he ate a bite of dinner. He was so mad we couldn't help but laugh. I'm not sure who won since he didn't eat his food and we didn't give him his milk. Oh well, the terrible two's maybe??

This is Levi's pose. Milk in his mouth and playing with his bellybutton. He's been doing that since he was really little. I guess it's his comfort thing since he never used a pacifier or sucked his thumb. I think it's adorable!

I enjoy hiking with Kathleen and Austin. They are backpack buddies! Although it keeps getting harder since they keep gaining weight! Kathleen and I used to work at preschool toghether and then had baby boys just 6 months apart. She is a very good friend to me and the boys love playing together!
